First month rent, and $600 refundable deposit required at booking and cleared prior to arrival. Payments accepted through Zelle (ACH/debit card) or Avail (owned by Realtor.com). Tenant will reimburse Landlord for any credit/debit card fees incurred by Landlord over $10 per payment.
Maximum RV length is about 28 feet, and unit must be a fully self-contained factory build (RVIA or CSA) with kitchen and bathroom. All vehicles in excellent condition. No Park models, DIY conversions, destination trailers, pop-ups, etc. Photos of all vehicles required.
The gravel RV pad has a gentle grade of approximately 2.0%, or about 15 inches from front to back over the 60 ft length. The pad is south-facing for discreet solar panels, with the rear 20 ft under a large maple tree. Bring leveling blocks, if needed.
Studio lounge, laundry, and bathroom will be closed and unavailable for Tenant use each day from 10pm-7am.
Tenant screening through TransUnion. All occupants must sign on lease (jointly and severally), and pass a background check. Also, minimum credit score of 680+, plus verifiable income of $55,000+ annually.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs allowed at any time. No parties, loud music/vehicles, barking dogs, or other disruptions, etc.
Small pets on a case-by-case basis; maximum two (2) under 35 pounds each. No pets allowed in the studio lounge at any time. Photos of pets required.
A list of terms and conditions will be provided with the lease prior to booking, so you know expectations.
Landlord lives on-site and manages all bookings. Google Meet video tour available prior to booking.
